Please phone or email to check to see that space for the journey you select is available. We will be happy to hold your space for up to 14 days, but will confirm space only with receipt of your deposit. The deposit for all Relaxing Lodge Stays is $100; for all Trinidad and Tobago travel is $300; and for all other domestic and international travel is $500. Our terms and conditions (listed on the Registration Form) apply.
Please note that some opportunities may close for registration 30 – 60 days prior to departure. International journeys, and those featuring national park lodges in particular must confirm space several months in advance. If we know of your interest in a particular journey, we can often negotiate to hold space for longer, but in many cases there are penalties for holding rooms, as we often use small inns and boutique hotels.
Be aware: No refunds will be made for services missed (meals, accommodations, or tours) due to flight delays caused by winter weather or other problems. We will do our best to reschedule you, but strongly advise Trip Insurance for our travelers. Winter storms cause frequent missed connections.

The required deposit may be sent by check in US funds, by bank wire, or through a secure link that we send you by email for credit card payment.
